Originally from the UK, Jo was the college pastor at St. Thomas Church, Sheffield, England, planting Missional Communities among college students and young adults. Since moving to the US in 2005, Jo has served on church teams discipling young leaders and planting Missional Communities in areas ranging from the suburbs to the inner city and has spoken at Catalyst, Exponential and Q. Jo is also the author of Real God, Real Life, exploring authentic spirituality in today's world (released in 2010) Influential (2011) exploring the subject of women in leadership.

After more than a decade of camp experience, David has served as Wayfarer Camp director for two years, supervising camp not only during week-long sessions but also throughout the year. He serves as Wayfarer's Lead Administrator and has also worked on camp staff as a recreation director, team-building captain, and a facilities director.

Curriculum Designer
Robert's years of curriculum experience as a writer, editor, and designer enable him to lead the Wayfarer team in creating a camp curriculum that is custom designed to merge with the moments created in worship and the rest of the camp schedule so that students are able to respond to God with their head, heart, and hands.
